2010 is going to end soon.

So many things happened this yr.

Well, it was an amazing yr for me.

Firstly, it was my last yr in CCKSS. I have told myself to live the yr fruitfully and leave behind a beautiful memory.

Secondly, is the formation of Hokkien Gang. I will nv forget 30 apr in my life. Never, ever. I rly treasure the times spent with all of you all. Weeli, Wanling, Xuemei, Weiting, Zishing, Cecilia, Sherrill, Yanyi and Jennifer. It was the day, the celebration that brought us tgt. It was fate that we are friends. And it was the friendship that we remain united till today. 4 days later, it will be our 8th anniversary. Though we may not be celebrating this impt day tgt, I believe everyone will still rmb the wonderful days we had so much fun tgt.

Thirdly, this yr have brought me closer to Jasmine and Shirley. The memories with them are always beautiful. I will not rmb the outings and times we spent time tgt making a fool out of ourselves. Those days are so unforgettable. I rly hope our friendship will last forever and ever.

Fourthly, it is my o lvl yr. An impt yr for me. I will not forget the disappointment i get during my prelims. I think I deserve this. I derserve the poor results cuz I didnt put in much effort. I am too full of myself. And ironically, it was the poor results that indirectly motivated me to work much harder for o lvl. I am satisfied alr. I rly hope that my true effort will get paid off and the results will show.

It has been long since I last logged in. Well, in a blink of an eye, o lvl has ended. But i just dnt seem to be happy.
Aftermath i found a job. As a waitress. So my life after o's is just life and work. No play.
I love class chalet, although i fell rly sick after that. Wonder if it is possible to have another chalet yet again.
Life nw is so sucky.
Suddenly i cant feel any motivation to move on in life.
What is happening?
Everything seems to have make a sharp turn, and changed before i could react.
I want my old life back!

Probably the last few posts before I dived into real intensive mugging.

Cant imagine the days of hiding behinds tons of bks and rushing rounds and rounds of tys are nearing.

However, no pain, no gain.

Guess this is all about it.

This is life.

Frankly, i didnt did very well this time round in mye, not as gd as I expected.

Many subjs disappointed me, a lot, a lot.

Mum said, if I gave in my best, then she will be more than happy alr.

This sentence kept roaming ard my brain after that.

But, i just cant forgive myself for doing SO badly though full effort is put into.

It's all about WHY WHY WHY.

Then HOW HOW HOW.

Why you make such stupid mistakes, I shall said.

How are you going to do well then, comes after that.

Man, I'm getting more and more demoralished.

And I'm glad that eng is the last period today, at least I dnt have to suffer the excruciating sadness in me.

It's my fault, for failing my eng paper 2.

I feel so numb by then.

Yest was cckss annual cross country. My last cross country. But I didnt make much effort running. Was tgt running with Nisha. ^^

After cross country, headed down to Cheers with Wanling, Sherrill and Weiting to buy some drinks and snacks.

Met Zishing (chicken), Xuemei (imitation), Cecilia, Weeli and Yanyi in the MRT and went to Marina Barrage.

Had lots of fun there. We took lots of pics, ate the alr-melted-for-a-long-time chocolate cake, "suntan", fly kite, walk ard, play water, eat dinner, chat and shop ard.

Wanling, Xuemei and I was busy flying kite while the rest went to explore ard and take pics. The effort was seriously wasted and gone down the drain when one of the sticks of the kite snapped and strike down. T_T

Had sunburn on my face. Damn hot and pain. ><

We went to walk ard and play water after that. ;D

Waited for a long time and we finally reached City Hall for dinner at Burger King! ^^

I was totally "cui" during the journey there and kept having the urge to slp.

Luckily, Weeli, Wanling and Weiting entertained me and made me feel fresh again.

Walked ard after that. Weeli sounds so funny when she speaks in hokkien. ^^

On the journey back, Weiting and Xuemei is having difficulty listening to Ho Peng You M and Ho Peng You W talking in hokkien.

Laughed till the burn on my face hurts.

Bus-ed hm with Weiting after that.

Had so much fun yest. Thnks to everyone! ;DDD

Anyway, camp's great. Totally great. On one hand, its hyper; on the other hand, its emotional. Last camp in CCKSS. Treasured.

Shall not go into detail. Will post up the pics during wkend. Anyway, after I'm back frm camp, the first thing I do was to rush to the toilet and have a refreshing bath. Follow by lunch, short nap, and hw. Then used webcam with Hanny. Hahas! So fun rite?

Just finished watching "National Geographic Inside Undercover In North Korea" on YouTube. Woah, amazed.

Off to sec 4 camp at Bottle Tree Park (Yishun) nxt mon to wed. More tests coming up after camp. Boo ... ); I guess I'll enjoy myself more than in sch during the camp. Plus, no cca for me. =DDD

Anyway, who wants to go swimming with me tmr? Nowadays the weather is atrocious. It's like burning in fire. Omg, I cant stand it. A dip in the pool will be best for me! ^^

Btw, sch's fine. I've almost adjusted myself to sec 4 life. Just that sometimes I get so stressed out and it makes me in a foul mood the whole day.

Cant stand my little bro lately. Such an arrogant and smart-alec.

It was alr 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 days since I last blogged.

Well, didnt manage to blog yest, while everything was still fresh in my mind.

Hope I didnt forget what I wanted to blog on.

Btw, sidetrack a little, my mother was intending to subscribe Straits Time, for ME! Omg, cuz she says my eng is weak and need to work on it ... by READING. And I ask her to subscribe to 8 days instead, an eng MAGAZINE! LoL!

Sch was still fine, AT THIS MOMENT. Was drowned with tons of hw and more pouring in during the wkends. And, I sort of started my rev. Ahahas, "kiasu". Yeah I kw.

Yest, I went to collect my edusave scholarship at cck cc. Finally get scholarship, so my efforts didnt go to waste. Hope I can still get it this yr. In the afternoon, headed to Lot 1 library to join LeeLeng and XuXuan, doing hw. Didnt rly complete the hw I brought there, which I hope to. Nvtheless, I did at least sth. ^^ Finally went to watch Avatar with my family. 9pm, the only time slot. Had dinner at Pizza Hut first. Hmm ... the food is delicious. Brought little cousin (2 yrs old ++) back hm first as Aunt is afraid that she would throw a trantrum in the cinema and spoil our mood in watching the movie. Rushed back to Lot 1 AGAIN. With popcorns and coke, we went into the cinema. After much waiting, the show finally started. The blue ppl! Enjoyed the 2 hrs ++ awesome blockbuster. Awesome story plot. Avatar literally get my eyes glued and pinned onto the enormous screen. Halfway through the movie, sth went wrong. The screen went blank, and the lights were on. Everyone was stunned. Oooo ... And, this is the best action-packed movie I've ever seen! ^^

Today had sec 1 orientation. In the morning had muster parade. While forming up, mother nature is calling. Zzz ... then after a LONG LONG time, sec 1 orientation started. Went to do some footdrills, then go ard the sch asking ppl to visit sj (SJB = Singapore Johor Bahru) booth. Sad, didnt see Leonda there. >< After the orientation, went to eat lunch with Charmaine, LeeLeng, JiongYi, Shirley and XuXuan. It was like the first time we went out and had lunch. Without Alissa.

Well, sch's reopening soon (in shocking 3 MORE DAYS!). And seems like I'm not ready for sch ... with my long and messy hair, untidy study table, crumpled uniforms, long finger and toe nails, yada yada.

Anyway, yest was an awesome outing with my beloved ANCO friends. However, some were not able to make it. So its only me, Crystal, Darren, Diyanah and MingHan. Was supposed to meet at Vivo City at 11am, but I woke up at ard 10 plus, pro rite? Hahas! Then rushed down to join Crystal and Diyanah. I'm seriously a noob when taking mrt. Ok, shall not elaborate. At ard 12 plus, everyone came. First, we went to GV to check out some movies. In the end, we decided to watch Alvin & the chipmunks. Then, we headed to KFC for breakfast/ lunch. Had fun playing True/ Dare while eating. At 2.05pm, we went back to GV, without any popcorns or drinks. Thnks to KFC. LoL! Nxt up, T/D at skypark. We were so crazy that some passers by were staring at us. >< There was a dare where Darren and I had to piggyback someone and walked ard the circle. Carried crystal, and fell. So heavy, rite Crystal? xD Played for hrs, then its camwhoring time! ;DDD Home sweet home after that. ^^

I shall look forward to feb's outing with those awesome peeps!

Went out with Alissa, Char and XuXuan to Pasir Ris. A long ride there, and we laugh at almost every single thing that caught our attention. Reached there in the afternoon. First, we settle down and played poker cards. Then we went to arcade and play. I spent ard $9 there. :o Waited for WanYi to meet us and go kbox! Wee ~ At first, everyone was afraid to sing their hearts out. But it took us only awhile to get super duper high! We sang like there's no tmr. But Char and XX nv sing. So shy! Nxt time we're so going to go that wonderful place again, tgt with the wonderful ppl!

Hey guys. I'm back. Well, after a day of rest, I shall get back to blogging about my wonderful journey to Gopeng and Pangkor. But unfortunately, I lost my phone's cable, so could not upload photos. ;(

25 Nov 09:

Reached sch at ard 6am. After taking attendance, receiving our passports back, get a name tag of our own, filling up the white card, finally ... we put our heavy bags in the compartment of the bus and set off. On the bus, everyone's excited. Reached Tuas and did all those troublesome stuffs. Basically, the whole day was spent on the bus. But there's stops for us to have lunch and toilet breaks. At ard evening, we reached the Earth Camp at Gopeng. After a short breifing, we went to our 'condo' to put our bags and went ard the place to 'explore' new things.

The things there rly make everyone goes 'WOW!', esp the toilets, which we cant find in spore. After that, we had some sort of ice breaking games. Losers had to let the instructors draw your faces using crayons. I'm one of them, and got many. >< With a body full of sweats, Hanny and I visited the toilets for a bath while the rest of the girls stayed in the 'condo' to pack their stuffs. It's only the first day and my scandal spoiled. -.- We then gathered at the canteen for dinner. The food is nice. ^^ Followed by a short briefing and we went back our 'condo' as we've free time until lights off at 11pm. Before that, Hanny, ShiHui, Alissa and I were having fun playing poker cards and Uno. Laughed like nobody cares. At night, a firefly flew into our 'condo'. Some girls screamed while I was there laughing none stop. HAHAHA! Also, it was freezing cold at night that I shiver to slp. 26 Nov 09: Woke up at 6am, rise and shine. Headed to canteen for breakfast. After that, we went back to change into the attire for white water rafting. We then boarded the lorry to the destination. While on the lorry, everyone had so much fun shouting and 'dugging'. "DUG, DUG, DUG ..." Those who failed to do so get a tight slap by the leaves of the trees. Indeed an unforgettable experience. White water rafting was so much fun. Grouped with ShiHui, Mikail and Macalino. Had alot of fun, esp when our raft hit the rocks and flewwwww. Also when the instructor purposely capsized our raft and pushed ShiHui and I down the raft. -.- Hahas! Lunched.

Well ... I'm getting bored here, guess those reading this post felt so? So I'm just going to round up everything alrite.

Well, the ppl at Gopeng and Pangkor led very simple life. Very different frm us. Without tv, computers and techy stuffs gadgets. But dnt kw why ... I just tend to relate them to happiness. They look so happy with the smiles on their faces while working or playing. And they dnt complain. What a nice place to live in. I miss pangkor beach resort. And this is going to be much more better than the hotel rms. I'll nv forget the time I visited the Foo Ling Kong Temple and Little Great Wall of China, as well as the Chinese Fishing Village. Wonderful places. I love Gopeng and Pangkor. Didnt regret joining this overseas trip. It left me with beautiful memories in my mind. One word, marvellous!

Hey ppl, I'm back! Do you all miss me? Ok, I doubt so. Life is still the same without me yeah? Btw, life's been fine, both personal and school.

Swimming test is coming. Gotta work on it! ;D I been craving for lots of things lately. Mostly on the "WANTS" and not "NEEDS". Zzz ... what a bad habit! But I dnt think I derserve these.

Went to watch Harry Potter and the HPB yest with my family after swimming lesson. Managed to buy 8.15pm slot tickets at Lot 1 Shaw. The 6.15pm and 7.15pm slots jus left with one or two seats. Woah, pathetic! And mum brought ten tickets at one go. Cuz the person said that its some kind of package, where you buy ten tickets for $80, and can be used for any days, even public holidays. Woah! Ate dinner at food junction. Saw felicia (3/7) and gang, as well as Miao Qing and Shahirah. Oh, my dumb reaction. Brought large-size popcorn and drinks before going to the cinema. Enjoyed the movie.

One more day to OBS 5-day camp. Wonder if I could even survive the first day. Nvtheless, I still look forward to it. The first time I have such a long camp. 5 days, woah! And while I on the way to the campsite on mon, I guess the sec 2s (SJAB) would probably have their break camp and back hm. Hahas!

Suddenly, I miss sj camp alot ALOT! Be it the punishments, be it the scoldings. I just love it. Gonna make a day free for sj gathering, AGAIN! ^^

Ok, I'm in a lost of words. Hmm ... let me see, I would be putting on braces during wk 3 of june holidays. And thnks to that, I have to buy my laptop and hp at a later time. Aww ~~ Sadded.

Seems ages since I last blogged.

So, I shall post about SJAB camp' 09 (30may - 1june).

Well, it's rly fun being an instructor in a training camp.

1st day:

Reported to sch at 6.45am. Sch was not open yet. So we chatted outside the sch gate. Guess we made lots of noises. ><

Camp I/C: Jiong Yi
Duty NCO: Wei Yu

Proceed with cleaning of bunks and bag inspection. Cadets did lots of punishments for not doing their jobs well. But hey, since it's a training camp, so thats why you all suffered. But fyi, what you all did, we, as instructors, did twice the amount. So, lets not complain so much. TOC lesson was alrite. Footdrill lesson was not rly expected. We have some things cropped up in the middle of the whole thing. Lunch was still ok. But the amount of food was abit too much. Then I was running ard telling all instructors that the chicken nowadays are so well fed that the drumbsticks were all so big and full of meat, and that the vegetables nowadays are so cheap that the aunty brought so much for us. Well, not on purpose, but to entertain you all. ^^ Community singing! Tried to bring up the atmosphere, but sometimes the cadets seems so bored. I like the part when instructors were leading the cheers. Its long since we instructors get tgt and bond with each other, esp with our enthusiasm and hyper-ness. I enjoyed the whole process. If only someone took a video of it for us to keep as memory. Individual grp games was ok, cadets did enjoy. But games only lasted awhile, and the rest of the time we were slacking.

Camp I/C: Jing Mei
Duty NCO: HuiQing

Survival cooking. Although Scorpio (my grp) was the last to finish the cooking of food, we enjoyed the whole thing. Hope you all learn new things frm this activity. Night hunt. Although things were cropped up, but the process was enjoyable. Have fun with LiYi and Luqman, the two jokers.

After supper, cadets went to wash up. Instructors then took the time to rest in our bunks, most of us put our head on the bags and stuffs to rest and hopefully get some slp, before going for our hell-like punishments. In the whole, we owned more than 400++. Actually, some of us owned much lesser. But officers decided that one for all, all for one. Despite the sudden change in decision, instructors didnt complain. This make me feel happy and proud of them at that time. We sweat tgt, we endure tgt, we encourage each other. Whenever ppl cant take it, we smile at them, tried to cheer them up, and said "come on, gorgeous/ dudes". Its all worthwhile. At the period of time when you feel exhausted, having the mindset of giving up, and helpless, you kw that actually there's friends who care for you. Thats what friends are for. And truly, I hope all instructors can get more closer tgt throught this camp. At least, all the hardwork we put in didnt go down the drain. And I rly understand the feeling where after all the punishments, officers asked you to eat sth to fill your stomach, and you have to eat the snacks you brought (eg. Pringles). I rly feel like puking. ><>

Camp I/C: Zhi Jin
Duty NCO: Alissa

PT session. Within that one hr, 5 cadets cant take it. But through it all, I'm glad that instructors persevere through it. ^^ After breakfast, was hike. Char joined my grp, Sir Tan too. Although everyone was tired, we get high sometimes. The "arh hah, monkey face" at Sir Tan, acting scenes of Sir Tan and Mdm Jeanette, and the laughters brought up the atmosphere. Like what Sir Tan said, although we spent an hr to reach Yew Tee Park, which can be achieve in 15 mins time, we didnt give up but continued the journey as a grp. Lunch was appetising. Maybe its cuz we're tired after the hike that everything seems nice to us. Congratulation to Char, you've managed to finished one whole packet of food. You deserve many claps and applause. *long period of clappings* And opps, XX cant eat curry? Sarcastic, eh? Hahas! xD Confidence course was ok. But, can we not use ping pong balls, I hate it when the balls dropped everywhere in the canteen, and I have to chase after it, panting like a dog. -.- Just kidding! ><><>

3rd day:

Instructors went back to our bunks. Upon entering, I saw many of them lying on the floor and slping like a log. I myself did the same thing. I was so tired that when I was looking into the space while sitting on a chair, I fell alslp. After breakfast, we had area cleaning. At the pt of time, all instructors cant take it anymore. At the canteen, all the ppl in red (instructors) had their heads on the canteen tables, while the ppl in white (cadets) were sitting at their tables. Then, we all went back for bunks cleaning. All instructors again, lay on the floor, slping.

HuiQing: Charmaine, Charmaine ...
Me: (woke up by the noise and look at Char, who's slping like a dead) Erm, she slp alr.

The scene was so funny that when I shared this incident with Char and XX this morning, they laughed like crazy. Btw, after cleaning up, we went void deck to get ready for camp break. After evaluation and stuffs, instructors get ready, hands hooked tgt, and prepared to let the cadets squeeze through us as a form of telling them that the camp had come to an end. Then, instructors when to clean up the canteen and shared our stories. We ate and laughed. Had a very fun and enjoying time with them!

Guess that everyone when hm and slpt like there's no tmr. I went back hm, bathed and collasped on my bed to slp till 7am++ at nite. Woke up by my mother and ate dinner. At 10pm++, I went back to slp again.

Lastly, my dear sec 3s. We're leaders; we're instructors. Hope everyone will work as one and stay united. And also, I hope that this camp would bring us closer tgt. We've all put in time and effort in the proposals and planning, and I guess everyone feels it. I will nv forget the days we spent tgt. Cleaning of sj rm, discussing of camp, yada yada yada! ;DDD

If I'm not wrong, you're the first sec 2 (in yr 2007) that I get to know when I first step into sjab, a whole new chapter of my life. The first impression you gave was: mature and caring. I've alot to say.

So, this is going to be a long post.

Yest was the best day of my life, seriously. ;D

In the morning, all FAC members went to sch early for some warming up and stuffs.

I'm so scared cuz I got sore throat after warming up our footdrills with my team.

So I dnt dare to speak, till Shirley and CharmaineLXH went to buy strepsils for me.

Thnks girls! xD

Well, Sir Tan arrived after that.

We joke ard, took pics, etc ...

After his "1 hr speech", we gave each other a hug and went on bus.

Nevertheless, our enthusiasm and positive attitude remained.

Journey to sj headquarters was fun and enjoyable, esp when I'm with my beloved seniors, juniors and friends.

Arrived for registration (Nursing Cadet 9), followed by uniform inspection, then commencement of FAC.

My team had footdrils - satisfied, first aid - disappointed, then hm nursing - satisfied.

The sequence of competition was what I hope for.

Finally, after such a tedious and long wait, the night has come and we're all ready for the prize presentation.

Surprisingly, while I'm busying trying to catch a view of my result as compared to the one who received the "Best Leader Award", the emcee announced that my team got the "Best CPR Award".

I'm totally at a lost, then I quickly went up on stage and received the prize.

BUT ... I was so nervous that I forgot I'm suppose to take a picture with Mr Chen Sze Hua. xD

My team got a 3rd position out of 13 teams, which make me feel very happy.

What I said is very accurate eh?

I said we would sure get at least a 3rd, and its true! (LOL!)

Maybe its a coincidence? >< color="#ff0000">"Best Long Case", which shocks me.

Gd job, guys! ^^

After that, Sir Tan and Sir KianLeong have a talk with us, some encouragements and stuffs.

To my surprise, we're able to clinch the "Best CPR". We improve alot, too. Frm a fifth to a third. A great jump. I know this yr is a busy yr for us, and we didnt manage to find some time to have individual trainings. I'm very worried this will affect our performance. Frankly, I've high expectations for you all, however, you guys didnt disappoint me. We met out target. I hope we can do far better and able to get better results nxt yr. I'm so proud of you guys! A Japanese woman was likely impregnated with the fertilized egg of another woman by accident during an in vitro procedure last year, hospital officials said Thursday.

The woman, who is in her 20s, aborted the pregnancy when she was told of the potential mix-up at the government-run hospital in Kagawa prefecture, about 330 miles (530 kilometers) southwest of Tokyo.

She is now suing the local government for 20 million yen ($222,000), according to news reports.
Hospital officials apologized for the mistake at a news conference Thursday.
"She was very happy after undergoing such a difficult procedure and becoming pregnant, but unfortunately a mistake had been made," said Yuzo Matsumoto, director of the Kagawa Prefectural Central Hospital.

The hospital has a long history of carrying out such procedures, and this is the first time such a mistake has occurred, hospital spokesman Hajime Morishita said.
"The in vitro procedures are carried out in sequence one after the other, and in this case the eggs from one procedure may have accidentally been left over and used in the following procedure," he said.

In vitro procedures _ in which a woman's eggs are removed, fertilized outside the womb, and placed in her uterus to cause a pregnancy _ are common in Japan, with hundreds of thousands carried out per year.

The case drew wide attention because bearing and raising children who are not related to the mother is uncommon and has been discouraged by Japanese medical groups.
Surrogate births, in which eggs are removed for fertilization and implanted in another woman, and adoptions are rare in the country.
